Document Available in the Library Section In a May 2019 report titled Resilience 305, stakeholders define Resilience as “…providing the opportunity for every person and every community to bounce back after large-scale flooding events, hurricanes, or economic hardships, and to not only survive, but thrive in the face of sea level rise, expensive housing, challenging traffic, and uncertain labor markets. By connecting, engaging, and empowering every voice in our community, we will stand strong and share our unique South Florida story.” How can the Biscayne Bay community contribute to Resilience 305?

Arguably, Biscayne Bay is home to some of the most desirable properties in South Florida—it is where the sub-tropical style meets the most iconic architecture trends. At the beginning of the 20th Century for example, Mediterranean Revival was in high fashion. By mid-century, Sarasota and its architecture movement took over. Today, a healthy mix of styles, including, Environmental Modernism, Modern Contemporary, Mediterranean Contemporary is emerging. They say architecture is as personal as wardrobe! What’s your style?
