Arguably, Biscayne Bay is home to some of the most desirable properties in South Florida—it is where the sub-tropical style meets the most iconic architecture trends. At the beginning of the 20th Century for example, Mediterranean Revival was in high fashion. By mid-century, Sarasota and its architecture movement took over.
